Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aevis (“App”, “Platform”), a product operated by CRUV DIMENSION PVT. LTD. (“CRUV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Aevis, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Overview of Aevis
Aevis is an AI automation platform designed to streamline insurance operations by acting as a digital assistant that performs tasks such as document collection, form filling, portal navigation, and customer communication.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. By using Aevis, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use Aevis only for lawful and authorized purposes.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Ensure all data you share is accurate and legally permissible to process.
You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs through your account.
4. Data Privacy
Aevis processes information as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, profile, or use your data for advertising. We access third-party services (e.g. Gmail, insurance portals) only when required, and only with your explicit consent.
5. Use of AI Automation
Aevis uses AI to simulate human actions across tools and interfaces. While we aim for high accuracy, results may vary. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs, especially in regulated environments like insurance.
6. License
CRUV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aevis. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its components.
7. Service Availability
Aevis is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime or error-free operation, but we aim to provide high reliability and minimal disruption.
8. Restrictions
You may not:
Use Aevis for illegal or unauthorized activities.
Interfere with or disrupt the platform.
Misuse access to third-party systems or violate their terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Aevis at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly in case of violations of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
CRUV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Aevis. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the previous 6 months.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRUV, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of Aevis or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes, and your continued use of Aevis constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws. Disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, e.g., New Delhi].
